We partnered with PetPA 12 months ago and since that time we have utilised their dashboards for financial reporting and their online pharmacy and retail store. The dashboard platform allows us to access both our practice management and accounting information in one easy to read location. I have also used the reporting to identify products we are selling below the desired margin and to monitor our KPI’s both weekly and monthly. We’ve found the online pharmacy and retail store a great asset to our business. It has reduced our stock handling and loss, and our clients really appreciate access to competitive prices for both their pets on-going medications and/or preventative health products. I can’t recommend this service highly enough.
