Partnership Program & Rebates

As partnerships go both ways, our partnership program means you benefit from creating a passive income stream, whilst we grow our reach to pet parents around the country. When your clients make a purchase or subscribe to any of our littermate businesses, you’ll accumulate rebates that will be paid to you monthly. We support you by producing and printing an initial supply of practice personalised marketing materials to help you promote our littermate businesses.

  • Earn rebates when your clients make a purchase at the PetPA online retail store, which you can promote in-practice and via our digital marketing service.
  • Promote Thriving Pets to your clients and earn a rebate on each new membership sign up. Plus, you’ll be encouraging an increased frequency of visits and better standards of care.
  • Send scripts directly to the PetPA Pharmacy. You’ll benefit from quick dispensing of medications plus earn a rebate unique to each medication.

Digital Marketing Service

Education & Retail Communications

Engage with our Education & Retail Communications to educate your clients, and to promote the PetPA online store to improve client compliance for your recommended over the counter products. Firstly, we’ll develop a customised email template for your practice, with both your branding and practice contact information. This template will be used for all email activity that we execute on your behalf.

Our Education & Retail Communications service includes the execution of the below communications:

  • Introduction email to explain the partnership between your practice and our online store.
  • Monthly campaign emails that educate pet owners, along with the cross promotion of vet recommended products. There is a different theme each month to provide a broad range of engaging content with variations for both dogs and cats.
  • Product re-purchase reminder emails for parasite prevention, nutrition brands and other agreed OTC products.

Core Marketing Bundle

Achieve practice excellence with our core marketing bundle of automatically scheduled, personalised client emails. All these email communications will be triggered to send to your clients based on set criteria.

  • Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey emails sent to your clients after each practice visit (once only every six months). Consolidated results are available in reporting dashboard and all promoters (those that score you a 9 or 10) are automatically asked to leave you a Google Review.
  • We Miss You emails to lapsed clients (those clients you haven’t seen in 2 or more years, or another time period chosen by you) to re-engage them with your practice and to drive best standards of care for their pets.
  • Pet Birthday emails to surprise your clients around their pet’s birthday. This is a great way to build loyalty with your clients. Each birthday email includes a $10 PetPA voucher.
  • New Client Welcome emails to be sent after each new client first visits your practice. Personalised with your practice specific information, this is great way to follow up their first visit and to remind them what you have to offer.
  • Lifestage Communications to clients when their cat or dog reaches a new life stage. The communications begin at kittenhood and puppyhood, then continue through to adolescence, adulthood and senior years. These communications acknowledge the special milestones while providing pet owners with key education on the changing needs of their pets.
  • Up to 4 other communications of your choice to your entire database. For example, introduce new team members, explain new services, promote Christmas and holiday opening hours. 

Reminder Bundle

Our reminder and recall emails help remind your clients when they are due to visit your practice. The bundle covers: Desexing, vaccinations, 6-monthly senior check ups, annual checkups and overdue reminders.

  • Desexing emails sent to your puppy and kitten clients as a reminder of the health benefits of desexing and encouraging them to make an appointment
  • Vaccination reminders to lapsed clients who have yet to come in for an overdue vaccination
  • 6-monthly senior check up emails as a reminder that senior pets need more love and care, and the importance of regular check ups.
  • Annual checkup reminders to be sent to each pet that is due to be seen by their veterinarian for their yearly visit.
  • Overdue reminders for clients who have yet to book an appointment after receiving their initial check up reminder.
  • Dental reminders to encourage clients to bring their pets in every 6 months for a dental check-up.
